If you want to explore and enjoy both Chilean and Argentinean Patagonia, this option exactly what you are looking for. Visit and enjoy the beauties of not only Puerto Natales and Torres del Paine, but also El Calafate, Perito Moreno Glacier and El Chaltén.
Your unforgettable stay Across Patagonia will begin when you leave your plane at the El Calafate airport, and a driver with a guide will be waiting to take you to your three-star hotel, where you will spend the next four nights. From here, all breakfasts will be included.
You will be picked up from your hotel for a walk through historical and panoramic points. You will walk along the waterfront for birdwatching, and visit the Glaciarum Museum. Then you will go to the ice bar “Glaciobar Branca”. The tour will continue along the waterfront of the Bahía Redonda, and you will enjoy a typical Patagonian dinner at a local restaurant with a unique view of the Lago Argentino. This excursion includes a bilingual guide; two shots, cape and gloves at the Glaciobar; entrance and guided tour to the Glaciarium Museum; and of course, the Patagonian dinner with a non-alcoholic beverage.
Unlike a tour in a big bus, here the vehicles are for up to 20 passengers, and the schedule allows for a more relaxed visit, with fewer people on the walkways in front of the glacier. You will receive a bottle of water when you get into the van, you will walk to the shore of the lake, and there you will be served a coffee. From there you will have access to all the walkways in front of the impressive glacier, and then you will be transferred to the port of the Safari Nautico (included). Once on board, you will go to Los Notros viewpoint, where a toast with Calafate liquor will be made. You will return to Calafate and your hotel during the afternoon.
The bus and your bilingual guide will pick you up from your hotel for a full day tour in El Chaltén, with several stops at the most outstanding points to take pictures of the incredible geography of the mountainous landscape, and you will enjoy some panoramic hikes of low difficulty to truly connect with this majestic place.
Today you will be transferred from your hotel to the bus station to make the trip from Calafate, across the international border and arriving in Puerto Natales during the afternoon. Once at the bus station, you will be transferred to your 4-star hotel, where you will stay for four nights. You will enjoy a delicious welcome dinner and a buffet breakfast every morning.
Your guide will pick you up at your hotel to take you by bus to the impressive Milodon Cave, and then continue to Cerro Castillo and Torres del Paine National Park. The tour will consist of stops at viewpoints and hikes at different points of the stunning Paine Massif, where you can enjoy the rugged mountains from different perspectives. You will enjoy a delicious lunch with a great view of the Cuernos, and the last hike will be at Lago Grey. Then the bus will return to Puerto Natales and you will be dropped off at the doors of your hotel. Entrance fees to the Milodon Cave and Torres del Paine, as well as lunch are included.
This day will be a genuine Patagonian countryside experience. You will be transported to an estancia to learn about the life and work of the Patagonian gauchos, and their work as the guardians and breeders of the sheep in the vast pampas of the region. This excursion includes a Patagonian lunch at the estancia and you will be transferred back to the hotel.
Today you will enjoy a day off in order to choose how you will fill your day. It could be a hiking excursion to the base of the Towers, it could be a kayaking day, a horseback excursion, a navigation to the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers, or even a leisure day to catch up with your book or walk around Natales. Let us know!
And so your incredible journey Across Patagonia comes to an end. Your transfer will take you either to the airport in Puerto Natales, or to the bus station, so that you can arrive at the airport in Punta Arenas for your return flight.
